All purchases made through dahlaklondon.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products once an order has been placed and confirmed.

2. No Refunds

Incorrect selection by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Failure to read product descriptions

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dahlaklondon@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement where appropriate. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
